Tenant Introductory Service
12% of the gross rent payable annually in advance and there after quarterly for the remainder of the tenancy period.
Rent Collection Service
12% of the gross rental income payable upon receipt of the monthly rent for the duration of the tenancy period.
Full Management Service
18% of the gross rental income payable upon receipt of rent monthly rent for the duration of the tenancy.

A supervisory fee of 12% of the cost of any works in excess of £500 which includes refurbishment and insurance claims.
Legal proceedings, attending court£78.00 per hour
Submitting tax to HMRC for non-resident Landlords on a quarterly basis£78.00
Duplicate statements£1.20
Tenant referencing @ £25.80 per person. A guarantor is charged @ £12.00 for the first reference and £25.80 for any subsequent guarantor reference.
