Level of Services for Landlords

All fees shown include VAT @ 20% unless otherwise stated

Tenant Introductory Service

12% of the gross rent payable annually in advance and there after quarterly for any extension or renewal.

Rent Collection Service

12% of the gross rental income payable upon receipt of rent, ie monthly, quarterly etc. and for any extension or renewal.

Full Management Service

18% of the gross rental income payable upon receipt of rent, ie monthly, quarterly etc. and for any renewal or extension.

Preparation of a Tenancy Agreement 264.00
Preparation of renewal documents 84.00
Making alterations to our Tenancy Agreement at your request 78.00 per hour
Deposit registration fee 12.00
Deposit dispute administration fee 78.00
Inventory make and check out. Costs vary dependent on size and furnishings. Range from a furnished studio apartment to a five bedroom house 108.00 - 192.00
Service of any Notices on a non managed property 54.00
Visits to a vacant property or extra visits if requested by the Landlord 54.00
A supervisory fee of 12% of the cost of any works in excess of 500 which
includes refurbishment and insurance claims.
Legal proceedings, attending court 78.00 per hour
Submitting tax to HMRC for non UK resident Landlords on a quarterly basis 54.00
Duplicate statements 1.20
Tenant referencing @ £25.80 per person plus any other agents charge for giving a Landlord reference when requested. A guarantor is charged @ £12.00 for the first reference and £25.80 for any subsequent guarantor reference.
